We want to dank you with a Danksgiving Cash Prize Giveaway. There will be 10 Lucky Winners. All Cash Prizes!

Each order placed on AreteHemp.com between November 27th and December 2nd, 2024, will receive a free entry to a live drawing. Live Drawing on Arete Fire Club Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 4:20 PM ET.

 

Rules & Eligibility

Eligibility

• To be eligible, you must place an order on AreteHemp.com between Wednesday, November 27, and Monday, December 2, 2024.
• Each order will receive a free ticket to the live drawing.
• One Entry per Person.
• You must have an active Arete Fire Club account. https://discord.gg/aretefireclub.
• Winners will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.

Prize Claim

• To claim your prize, you must be logged in to your Arete Fire Club [https://www.discord.gg/aretefireclub] account.
• Prizes will be awarded to the first ten winners drawn during the live event on Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 4:20 PM ET.
• If you are not present during the live event please see section below titled Forfeiture Clause

Prize Amounts

• Grand Prize: $4,000
• 2nd Prize: $2,000
• 3rd Prize: $1,000
• 4th Prize: $750
• 5th Prize: $500
• 6th Prize: $500
• 7th Prize: $500
• 8th Prize: $250
• 9th Prize: $250
• 10th Prize: $250

Winners

• If you are awarded a prize of $600 or more, we will need to issue you a W9 tax form.
• No prizes shall be awarded unless W9 has been submitted.
• You will be issued a 1099 to comply with tax code.
• Full name, address, and your social security number (SSN) will be required
• This form reports the amount of the prize to the IRS.
• We will return a copy of your 1099-MISC form on or before January 31st, 2025.

Forfeiture Clause

• Winners are not required to be present during the live drawing event on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 4:20 PM ET.
• If you’re not present, you will have 4:20 PM ET the following day to claim your prize.
• For unclaimed prizes, a final re-drawing will take place live on Friday 13 December 2024 at approx 8.30 PM ET on AFC. Winners will have approx 24 hours – until 8.30 PM ET the following day – to claim their prizes on AFC. After that, the contest will be considered over and done.
• You must claim your winnings on Arete Fire Club (https://discord.gg/aretefireclub). No exceptions, sorry.
