As another year ends, Thanksgiving provides us with an opportunity to be grateful for all the blessings in our lives. Being blessed comes with the responsibility and obligation to share and help those who are less fortunate. Once again we are proud to announce that Arete Hemp will be giving away 1000 free turkeys in Asheville, NC.
When: Monday, November 25, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
We are aware that the last few years have been an endless struggle for many people in western North Carolina. Just as the area was recovering from impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hurricane Helene devastated the area. The last few weeks have been nothing short of heartbreaking for so many in our local community.
This is why we have partnered with local farmers and vendors to source 1000 (yep, one thousand) fresh turkeys that we will distribute for free to anyone who needs one. We are also purchasing sides to go along with the turkeys.
This free giveaway event will take place a couple of days before Thanksgiving.
We are doing this because we care about our community. Despite being closed for three weeks from Helene, we are still blessed and are in a position to give back to those who want and need the support. Arete is a family-owned and operated business that specializes in high-quality cannabis products. We believe in the healing power of nature and the benefits of cannabis for health and wellness.
