One positive development is we have officially confirmed that ALL of Team Arete is safe. Naturally, many have suffered property damage, they are tired and their spirits bruised, but they are all alive.

Monday 9/30/2024 – Latest News From Our People in Western NC
We wanted to take a moment to let you know a majority of our team members are safe. As communications are still intermittent, we’re awaiting status updates from others.
We’ve been able to assess potential damage to our fulfillment center and found virtually no damage, especially inventory. Unfortunately, local infrastructure has been significantly impacted. As a result, we are currently unable to ship orders using United States Postal Service, UPS, or any other carriers.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause, we’re working tirelessly to find solutions that will allow us to ship your orders ASAP, even under these challenging circumstances. We will provide updates as the situation evolves.
Customer service is limited to these updates, but we’ll increase support over time.

Due to an historic and catastrophic weather event in western North Carolina, impacting both our fulfillment and operations, we’ve had to make the tough decision to temporarily stop accepting new orders. The safety of our Arete family and the community is top priority. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates ASAP.

Friday 9/27/2024 – Weather Delays and Storm Closure
We are writing to inform you that our fulfillment center is currently closed due to severe flooding and power outages. Unfortunately, there will be delays in processing and shipping orders.
The website is still accepting orders and you may continue to place orders if you choose to. The scheduled AFC Live Game Night event tonight is postponed until further notice. The release scheduled for today is postponed as well.
Our thoughts are with those who are affected by the extreme weather.
