"Great gummies for sleep. No hangover, no fogginess, no lethargy. I was able to get a great night sleep and that's pretty rare with me jolting awake so much from PTSD and such. It started to relax me then I could feel the melatonin make my eyes heavy as it lulled me into a nice deep sleep, but not deep enough that I couldn't wake up pretty easily. I popped right up and got to starting my day as usual. I would 100% recommend these gummies to anyone with severe sleep issues. It's definitely not too strong and absolutely not too weak, these are just right. Sometimes I don't sleep for a day or two and these feel like they can make a big difference in my sleep habits."
